You can’t live in North Vancouver without gratitude for the beautiful natural forests and mountains in your backyard. Driftwood Village has easy access to nature at a variety of scales. For a quick dose of biophilia, walk out the back of the community to hunt for salmonberries and huckleberries under the cover of the North Shore forest, with the sound of Wagg Creek in the background.

If you have just an hour or two after work, that’s enough time for a bike ride up the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve, a hike in Lynn Canyon, or night skiing or snowshoeing at any of the three North Shore ski hills.

For adventures further abroad, Squamish, Whistler, the Sunshine Coast and Vancouver Island are easily accessible from Highway #1, just 500 metres from our parkade where your gear is stored.
